Exchanges and Returns

At PURO, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made up to 5 days after receiving the product.

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, send an email to puro.shop.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

The cost of shipping for an exchange is borne by the customer.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, you have up to 5 days after receipt to request the return.

The product must be intact and unused, with its original packaging.

To initiate the process, contact us by email at puro.shop.info@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Only after we receive the returned product and validate its condition will the refund be processed within 15 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of company error or product defect.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 1 day of receipt and send us photos of the problem to puro.shop.info@gmail.com.

The product will be analyzed, and if a defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement item or a full refund.
