At PURO, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and within the expected timeframe.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary according to the selected location. After payment confirmation, the estimated times are:

Mainland Portugal: approx. 1-3 working days.

Islands (Azores and Madeira): 2-4 working days.

International Shipping: The delivery time varies depending on the destination country and will be indicated at checkout. For Europe, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world, the shipping time is approximately 5-7 working days. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. The exact amount will be displayed when you complete your purchase.

All our shipments are made via CTT - Correios de Portugal and by registered mail, both nationally and internationally, which allows you to:

Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed from 24-72 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Problems: If there is any problem with the delivery, please contact us via email puro.shop.info@gmail.com. If the order is not delivered due to an error in the provided address, it may be necessary to pay for a new shipment.
